What A Plan Does And Does Not Cover
Care plans keep a finished home looking considered. They are not a substitute for a remodeling proposal. If you want new hardwood, a tile shower, or a cabinet repaint, we still write a project scope with materials and a sequence. The plan simply means you are already in conversation with the studio and seasonal wear is watched on purpose.
Monthly and yearly billing
Monthly billing follows the figures shown when Monthly is selected. Yearly billing lowers the monthly figure and is collected for the year ahead. You can ask to change or leave a plan by email. Work already scheduled is finished or rescheduled in writing. Unused months on a yearly plan are discussed case by case if you leave early. We do not hide that conversation in small print.
Visits
A visit is a scheduled block of time for observation and small repairs: filled nail holes, a scuffed corner, a loose pull, a dull spot we can address with the products already specified. It is not a full room repaint and it is not a floor replacement. If the visit reveals work beyond the plan, we send a separate note before doing it.
Materials
Touch-up paint is matched to colors we specified or to samples you still have. If the original product is discontinued, we propose the closest current match and show it before using it on a visible wall. Floor finishes are only recoated within a plan when the existing finish is compatible. A full sanding is always a project, not a plan item.
Choose a plan when the house is already in good condition and you want it to stay that way. Choose a project quote when a room still needs to be improved. Many households do the project first and the plan afterward.
