Mara Ellison
Design Lead
Mara builds palettes that include the floor, the trim, and the pieces you are keeping. She would rather edit a room than fill it.

People
You will meet a small group, not a rotating cast. The person who discusses color and flooring stays close to the crew that does the work.
Design Lead
Mara builds palettes that include the floor, the trim, and the pieces you are keeping. She would rather edit a room than fill it.

Project Director
Caleb writes the sequence: which days are dusty, which rooms stay open, and when a finish needs time to cure before furniture returns.

Color Specialist
Nina brushes large samples and watches them at morning and evening. She writes sheen and product notes the painters can follow.

Flooring Lead
Owen judges whether a floor should be recoated, sanded, or replaced, and he plans transitions so rooms do not trip at the doorway.

Interior Stylist
Priya helps households edit what stays. A new wall color lands better when the larger furniture and the floor undertone are part of the decision.

Finish Carpenter
Jonah repairs trim, cabinet faces, and doors so the painted line looks straight. Hardware templates are his quiet obsession.

How the studio is organized
Projects do not pass through a call center. After your note, a coordinator — usually Caleb or Mara — confirms the rooms, the timing, and whether we should visit or work from photographs and measurements you provide.
Painters, flooring specialists, and the finish carpenter are scheduled as a sequence, not as three companies who have never met. If cabinet work and wall paint share a week, the person who owns the schedule is the same person who wrote it.
You can ask for the same lead on a later room. Households who begin with a hallway often return for a kitchen or a bath, and the notes from the first project travel with them.
Share the rooms you want to improve. A coordinator reads every note and replies by email with next steps, sample ideas, and a realistic sequence for the work.
Paint, floors, cabinets, tile, or a full room sequence. The more specific the note, the more useful our first reply.
